Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Teen Do Panch account and the data that goes with it. Teen Do Panch is a three-player online card game, available as an Android app and on the web.

We never refuse a deletion request. You do not need to give a reason.

Delete it yourself — in the app or on the web

You do not need to ask us, and you do not need the app installed: the game runs in a browser at https://app.325cards.com as well. This takes effect immediately.

Open the app or the website and sign in.
From the Lobby, open the menu and choose Account.
You can also tap "Signed in as…" and choose Manage account.
Choose Delete account.
Type delete to confirm.

You will be signed out on every device as soon as it is done.

If you cannot sign in

Forgotten your password? Choose "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. We email a reset link to the address on the account; set a new password, sign in, and follow the steps above.

This is still the better route even though it takes an extra minute — it happens immediately and you do not have to wait for us to answer.

If you have also lost access to that email address, write to support@325cards.com with the subject "Delete my account", telling us the address on the account. We may need to check that the account is yours before we can act on it, and we reply within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in is closed straight away, and you are signed out everywhere.
Any devices registered to your account are removed.
Your email address, display name, and in-game initials are removed from your account record.
If you are sitting at a table when you delete, we take you out of that game first, so the other players get a proper ending.

What stays for a short while, and why

If you never played a game, your account is erased outright — nothing is kept.
If you did play, your account is closed immediately and can no longer be signed into. The record itself is erased once the games you played have aged out — normally within 30 days.
We keep finished games for up to 30 days so the people you played with can look back at recent games. Until those games age out, your in-game initials stay visible in them, because that record is also the other players' history.
An email address used by a deleted account cannot be used for a new account until that record is erased — normally within about 30 days.

If you want us to erase what remains sooner, email support@325cards.com and ask. If there is something we have to keep, we will tell you what it is and why.

If you played as a guest

Guests never create an account or a password, so there is nothing to sign in to and delete. If you played as a guest and want the record of that game removed, email support@325cards.com and tell us roughly when you played and the table code if you still have it.
