Teen Do Panch · Effective date: 11 August 2026 · Last updated: 11 August 2026 · Version 2026-08-11
The game is in beta. It is free, still in active development and testing, and offered as is. Bugs, interruptions, rule changes, and the loss of games or history are all expected. Please do not rely on it for anything important. See sections 2 and 12.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Vela Connect LLC ("we", "us") covering your use of Teen Do Panch (the "Service") — an online three-player card game based on the traditional game Teen Do Panch, available as an Android app and on the web at https://app.325cards.com.
By creating an account, joining a game as a guest, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You accept these Terms when you tick the box to register, when you accept them as a guest, or when you accept a new version in the app. We record which version you accepted and when.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will update the date and version above and ask you to accept the new version before you carry on playing; smaller changes take effect when posted here. If you do not want to accept an update, you can stop using the Service and close your account (section 11).
The Service is still in active development and testing, and is offered free of charge while we build it. You accept that:
Please do not treat your game history as a permanent record. Because the Service is free, no refund or compensation arises from any of the above.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. The Service is meant for adults and is not directed at children. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement and that what you tell us about yourself is accurate.
You can join a single game as a guest using a table code or link that someone shares with you, without registering. A guest credential is stored on your device so you can rejoin that game if you get disconnected. Guests cannot create tables, and guest access may be limited or switched off at any time. Sections 3, 6, 12 and 13 apply to guests too.
This is a game of hidden information played against other people, so fair play matters. Please do not:
Subject to those rules, you have a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own private entertainment.
If we believe you have broken these rules, we may warn you, change or remove a name, end a game, limit what you can do, or suspend or close your account. We are one small team and cannot investigate everything, so we may have to make a judgement call — but you can always write to us and ask us to look again.
The Service is free and is paid for by advertising. By using it you accept that we may show advertisements — banners, and full-screen or video advertisements between rounds — and that where and how often they appear may change.
Advertisements come from third parties and are not endorsed by us. We are not responsible for advertisers, their products, or anything that happens between you and them. How advertising data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
We sell nothing in the Service today — there are no purchases, subscriptions, or paid items. If we ever add them, they will be optional and we will show you the terms before you pay anything.
This is a social card game for entertainment only. There is no wagering, no stake, no prize, and no way to win money or anything of value. Scores, standings, and game history have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and may be changed or removed at any time. Please do not use the Service to organise gambling.
The Service depends on other companies — principally Google, for sign-in, hosting, advertising, and distribution through Google Play. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and if you installed the app from Google Play, Google's terms apply to that as well. We do not control those services, and if one of them changes or shuts down, parts of the Service may stop working.
Teen Do Panch is a traditional card game and we claim no ownership of its rules. Everything else — our software, server logic, name, artwork, card designs, sounds, animations, and the text of these documents — belongs to us or our licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership to you. If you think something in the Service infringes your rights, please write to support@325cards.com with enough detail for us to look into it.
You can stop using the Service whenever you like, and you can delete your account from the account screen in the app. Doing so closes your sign-in immediately. Recent games you played are also part of the other players' history, so those records are removed when they age out rather than the moment you leave — the Privacy Policy explains exactly what happens and when. An email address used by a deleted account is not reusable until then.
We may suspend or close your access if you break these Terms, if we reasonably suspect cheating or abuse, or if we stop running the Service. If you are sitting at a table when your account closes, we remove you from that game first so the other players get a proper ending. Sections 8, 10, 12, 13 and 14 continue to apply afterwards.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
In particular, we cannot promise that:
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or game progress. The Service is free, and we could not offer it for free without this limit.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local law gives you, and nothing here takes those away. Some places do not allow certain exclusions; there, they apply only as far as the law permits.
Please talk to us first. Almost anything can be sorted out by email. Write to support@325cards.com describing the problem and what you would like us to do, and we will genuinely try to resolve it before either of us starts any formal proceedings.
If that does not work, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the courts of Richmond, Virginia have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts. Consumers in the EEA and the UK keep all their local rights in full.
