Teen Do Panch is an online three-player card game, available as an Android app and on the web at https://app.325cards.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do. It covers the app, the website, and our game servers, and forms part of our Terms of Service. It does not cover other companies' sites you reach from the app — for example an advertiser's page — which have their own policies.
The short version. We collect what we need to sign you in, run your games, and show the advertisements that keep the game free. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or files. We do not sell your personal information. The game is for adults (18+). You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, and we never refuse.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, files, microphone, or camera. We never see or store your password — sign-in is handled by our provider. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your information for anything incompatible with the above, and we do not build advertising profiles from your gameplay.
You can join a single game as a guest from a shared table link, without an account. For guests we hold only a randomly generated code, a generic in-game label, and the gameplay of that one game. The code is stored on your own device so you can rejoin after a disconnection — it identifies a seat in a game, not you as a person. We do not collect a guest's email address or name. The record of the game itself is kept so the registered players keep their history (section 8).
The free game is paid for by advertising supplied by Google, using Google AdMob in the Android app. To select, deliver, cap, and measure advertisements, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device type, and how you interact with an advertisement. Google acts as an independent controller for that processing. See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not currently show personalised advertisements. If we introduce them, we will ask for your consent first wherever the law requires it — including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — and you will be able to change or withdraw that choice. We will update this policy in the same release.
Wherever you are, you can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Advertisements may link to services we do not control; we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies of our own. The app and website keep a small amount of data on your device so the game works: your sign-in session, a guest code if you play as a guest, your theme and sound preferences, and your consent choice. Google's advertising services may set their own identifiers as described in section 5. Clearing your browser storage or app data signs you out and removes these.
We share personal information only with the providers we need to run the game, and only so they can provide their service to us:

We do not share your personal information with anyone else, and we do not sell it.
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where information leaves the EEA or the UK, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer — principally the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, together with encryption in transit. Ask us at support@325cards.com if you want more detail.
Because the game is in beta, data may also be removed earlier than this during maintenance, migrations, or resets.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Lobby → menu → Account → Delete account (you can also tap "Signed in as…" and choose Manage account). You do not need to email us, and we never refuse a deletion request. If you cannot sign in, how to delete your account sets out the other ways, including writing to support@325cards.com.
What happens when you delete:
An email address used by a deleted account cannot be used for a new account until that record is erased, normally within about 30 days. You can ask us to erase what remains sooner by writing to support@325cards.com; if we have to keep something — for example because it is inseparable from another player's history — we will tell you why.
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/WSS). Sign-in is handled by a specialist provider, and our servers never see or store your password. Access to our production systems is limited to the people who run the game, and the game rules are enforced on the server, so no player's hidden cards can be read from another player's device. No system is perfectly secure and the game is in beta, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if something looks wrong.

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you may also have the right to know what we collect and why, to access, correct, or delete it, and not to be treated differently for asking. The categories are in section 2, the purposes in section 3, and the recipients in section 7. We do not sell personal information. We do not currently show personalised advertisements, so we do not "share" information for cross-context behavioural advertising; if that changes, we will say so here and offer an opt-out.
To exercise any right, email support@325cards.com from the address on your account. We may need to check who you are. We reply within 30 days and will tell you if we need longer. It is free, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
The game is meant for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has created an account or is playing as a guest, please contact support@325cards.com and we will close the account and delete the information promptly.
We may update this policy. We will change the date and version at the top, and for important changes we will tell you in the app and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again. Earlier versions are available on request.
