Frequently asked questions

It is Hindi for “three – two – five”. Every round one player must win 5 hands, one 3 and one 2 — those targets are the whole game. The 60-second version in the guide walks through a round.

Same thing. One card played by each of the three players, highest card wins it. This game calls it a hand, and the scoreboards say “hands”. More.

Exactly three. The third seat can be the computer (both waiting players have to agree) or a friend who joins as a guest without an account.

The three seats have different jobs: the trump-maker targets 5 hands, the third player 3, and the dealer 2. The roles rotate every round, so over a game everyone plays each one. Roles & targets.

Round score = hands you won − your target, so it can be negative. The separate “total” column is the running count of hands you have actually won across the game, not the score. The goal.

Three or six rounds — chosen by whoever created the table. The current round and the total are shown under Info at the table.

A, K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7 — high to low. Any trump beats any non-trump; with no trump played, the highest card of the led suit wins.

The trump-maker — the player targeting 5 — picks it from their first 5 cards, before the rest are dealt. Tap a suit, then confirm. How a round is played.

No. Trump is fixed for the whole round and is shown at the table; a new round brings a new trump-maker and a new trump suit.

You must follow the led suit while you still hold it. Playable cards are highlighted, the rest are dimmed. Holding none of the led suit lets you play anything, trump included. Winning a trick.

The doubling rule. Winning one hand does not bank it — hands pile into an “at stake” pool, and you claim the whole pool only by winning two in a row. The doubling rule.

Every hand nobody has claimed yet. The table shows how many are at stake and who takes them by winning again. If another player wins in between, the streak resets and they start building their own claim.

The final hand always sweeps the pool, whoever wins it — so nothing is ever left unclaimed at the end of a round.

Yes, briefly. A tapped card floats up for a few seconds before it is really played: pull it back down to cancel, push it up to play at once, or wait. Nobody else sees it until it commits. Your turn & undo.

Dragging a playable card upward and releasing plays it straight away. It is a deliberate gesture, so there is no undo — use a tap if you want the undo window.

Whoever won the previous hand. The trump-maker leads the very first one of the round.

The next round needs enough players on Go with nobody Holding. Tap Hold if you need a break, and remove it when you are ready. An advertisement may also be playing for someone — the round waits for everyone. Go / Hold.

Yes — the round-over screen has a review of the last hand, alongside each player’s round score and running total.

The Info button in the table header lists who holds which role, the current round out of the total, and any outstanding card debts. The Score panel shows points and carried debts.

You made fewer hands than your target last round, so you owe one card per missing hand to a player who beat theirs. From round 2 on this is settled right after trump is chosen, before the first hand. You can ask to be let off a card, but that is entirely their choice. The card exchange.

It is deliberately blind, so nobody can pick your best card on purpose:

• You hold your cards face-down toward the winner, shuffle them if you like, then lock the order.
• They slide out one face-down card without seeing it — the 3rd card they slide is your 3rd card.
• They then look at their 11 cards and give one back, often a weak one, possibly the very card they just drew.
• This repeats one card at a time until the debt is settled.

Givers settle lowest target first: 2 → 3 → 5. Takers draw highest target first: 5 → 3 → 2.

No. Only the two players involved see which cards moved; the third player only sees that an exchange is happening.

An exchange was settled: the player who was owed slid one face-down card out of the hand of the player who fell short, and gave one card back.

Yes, automatically: it arranges and locks its cards when it owes, and blind-picks a position when it is owed. It never stalls the table.

No. Targets always add up to 10, so debts and credits match exactly and every debt is settled inside the game it came from.

Create a table (public or private) and you are seated right away, or join by typing a code, tapping a public table, or opening a shared link — each asks you to confirm first. Tables & joining.

No — one table at a time. The app points you back to the table you are already at; if that one has not started yet, you are offered the choice to abandon it and continue.

Yes. Send them your table link and they can take one seat as a guest — one guest per game. Guests can play but cannot create tables of their own.

Two people have to be waiting and both agree. Whoever adds it chooses how strong it plays. You can also just keep waiting for a third person.

No. The computer is dealt a hand like everyone else and sees only its own cards — the difficulty setting changes how well it plays them, not what it knows.

A table that never fills up closes automatically after about 5 minutes; the timer resets when a second player joins. You can also exit and close a table you are waiting at yourself.

You keep your seat and can come back within 15 minutes, a limited number of times. Once the allowance is used, leaving again ends the game for everyone — the leave screen always says how many breaks are left. Leaving & timeouts.

Another player stepped out to the lobby. The game pauses for everyone and resumes automatically when they return — or tap “Connect now”.

After about 4 minutes you are asked to play, add 2 more minutes (twice at most), or end the game. Ignoring the prompt ends the game.

Yes. Cards are shuffled and dealt on the server with a cryptographic random source, and your hand is sent only to you — no other player’s app ever receives it. Every move is validated on the server, so an edited app cannot cheat. Fair play.

Write to support@325cards.com with the table code and roughly when it happened. Sharing hands, playing two seats, bots, bug exploits and offensive names can all get an account limited or closed — see the Terms of Service, section 6.

A verified address is needed to create or join a table — it keeps throwaway accounts off the tables. A game you are already seated in is never blocked by this, and guests have nothing to verify.

Check the spam folder first, then use Account → resend (there is a 60-second cooldown between sends). After opening the link, tap “I’ve verified — check now” so the app picks up the change straight away.

Use “Forgot password?” on the login screen. The confirmation looks the same whether or not the address has an account, so nobody can use it to discover who is registered. Signed in, change it from Account instead.

Yes, from Account (lobby → your name). Initials are the 3 letters other players see at the table; both name and initials are required.

Lobby → your name → Account → Delete account. It happens immediately and is never refused. Games you already played stay in the other players’ history, showing only your initials. What happens when you delete.

There is no setting for it — ads are what keep the game free, and where they appear varies. Where the law requires consent you can choose non-personalised ads, which changes nothing about the game itself.

No. There are no purchases, no in-game currency, no wagering and no prizes anywhere in the app.

Yes — the ◐ button sets System, Light or Dark, and the 🔊 / 🔇 button in the lobby and at the table turns the game sounds on and off. Both are remembered on that device. Appearance & sound.

After about 5 minutes of no activity the live connection is released to save resources. Tap Reconnect to jump straight back in — your seat is still yours.

The app retries on its own, and reconnects as soon as the network is back. If it stays that way, leave the page and open the table again from the lobby — nothing is lost while you are away.

A table with no activity at all for about 16 minutes ends automatically, and so does one where a player used up their break allowance or let a turn prompt run out. It keeps nobody waiting at a table for a player who has walked away.

History lists games that reached the end, with their per-round scores. Games that were abandoned mid-way may not appear, and beta resets can clear history entirely.
